A warm, gooey Cinnamon Roll Bake perfect for breakfast or brunch easy to make, rich in flavor, and loved by everyone!
Ingredients
2 tubes cinnamon roll dough (or homemade)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Cream cheese icing (from rolls)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and spread in the dish.
4. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
5. Pour mixture over rolls.
6. Drizzle melted butter.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
8. Cool 10 minutes and top with icing.
Notes
Make ahead by refrigerating overnight before baking.
Add fruit or nuts for extra texture.
Reheat leftovers for 20 seconds for a fresh taste.
