A delightful no-bake dessert featuring three layers of chocolate, peppermint, and crunchy add-ins perfect for holidays or everyday indulgence.
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed biscuits
200g milk chocolate
1/2 tsp peppermint essence
1/4 cup chopped nuts or coconut flakes
150g white chocolate
1 tbsp oil
Crushed mint candies for topping
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt dark chocolate and butter, stir in marshmallows and biscuits, then spread in pan.
3. Melt milk chocolate, add peppermint essence, pour over dark layer, sprinkle nuts.
4. Melt white chocolate with oil, pour on top, and add crushed mint candies.
5. Chill for 1–2 hours until firm, then slice into squares.
Notes
You can swap nuts for coconut flakes or rice crisps for a gluten-free version. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for 3 months.
