Description
Elegant and creamy White Chocolate Mousse Tartlets with buttery crust and smooth mousse filling perfect for any special occasion.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
¼ cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup heavy cream
6 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Combine flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, and water to form dough.
3. Chill for 20 minutes, then roll and press into tartlet molds.
4. Line shells with parchment, add pie weights, and bake 12–15 minutes.
5. Cool completely before filling.
6. Melt white chocolate and mix with warm cream.
7. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
8. Pipe mousse into tart shells and chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Top with berries, chocolate curls, or citrus zest.
For dairy-free version, replace cream with coconut cream.
