Ingredients
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate with butter and cream until smooth.
2. Add crushed raspberries and vanilla extract.
3. Chill mixture for 1–2 hours until firm.
4. Scoop and roll into small balls.
5. Coat with powdered sugar or more crushed raspberries.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For extra elegance, dip truffles in melted dark chocolate or roll in coconut flakes. Store chilled for up to one week.
