Ingredients

  • 4 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling the bananas and slicing them into thin strips.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the banana slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with the corner pointing toward you.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the banana mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the nearest corner over the mixture, then fold in the sides, and roll away from you.
  6. Prepare the air fryer basket by spraying it with cooking spray or brushing it with oil.
  7. Place the rolled egg rolls in the basket without overcrowding.
  8. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Once done, remove the egg rolls and allow them to cool briefly before serving.
