- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Lay out the salmon fillets on one side of the foil.
- Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the salmon.
- Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Fold the aluminum foil over the salmon and asparagus to create a sealed packet.
- Bake the packet on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh salmon and don’t overcook it. Experiment with different vegetables if desired.
