Instructions

  1. Prepare your hard-boiled eggs by cooking them in a pot with water, then transferring to an ice bath.

  3. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth, leaving some texture if desired.
  4. Incorporate mayonnaise, dill pickles, dill pickle juice, fresh dill, and Dijon mustard into the yolks.
  5. Season the filling with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
