- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the steak by seasoning it with blackening seasoning on both sides. Sear in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- Cook the shrimp in the same skillet with melted butter, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper, until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Make the sauce by lowering the heat, adding heavy cream, and stirring in grated Parmesan until melted.
- Combine the cooked fettuccine, sliced steak, and shrimp in the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

For extra creaminess when reheating, add a splash of cream or water.
