Description

A delightful dish that combines bold flavors and creamy texture, perfect for date nights or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the steak by seasoning it with blackening seasoning on both sides. Sear in a hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. Cook the shrimp in the same skillet with melted butter, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper, until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Make the sauce by lowering the heat, adding heavy cream, and stirring in grated Parmesan until melted.
  5. Combine the cooked fettuccine, sliced steak, and shrimp in the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra creaminess when reheating, add a splash of cream or water.
