Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onions and garlic: Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, add onions and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and broth: Stir in broccoli florets and vegetable broth, then bring to a boil.
