Instructions
- Sauté the onions and garlic: Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, add onions and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and broth: Stir in broccoli florets and vegetable broth, then bring to a boil.
- Simmer the soup: Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Puree the soup: Use an immersion blender or carefully transfer to a regular blender to puree until smooth.
