Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas.
- Mix in the baking soda and pinch of salt.
- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
- Incorporate the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Prepare a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the bread in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
