Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and pinch of salt.
  5. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
  6. Incorporate the flour, mixing until just combined.
  7. Prepare a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Cool the bread in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
