Description

A delectable baked salmon dish with a crispy Parmesan crust, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
  4. Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated salmon on it.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
