Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated salmon on it.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
