Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  4. Layer the sliced zucchini in a single layer at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Add the chicken mixture over the zucchini evenly.
