Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken sausage
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the bell peppers into strips and slice the onion into wedges.
  4. Toss the sausage, bell peppers, and onion in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
