Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the bell peppers into strips and slice the onion into wedges.
- Toss the sausage, bell peppers, and onion in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
