Description
Roasted Garlic & Herb Lamb – a tender, flavorful lamb dish infused with garlic, herbs, and olive oil for the perfect roast dinner.
Ingredients
1 lamb leg (3–4 lbs)
5 garlic cloves (roasted & mashed)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat lamb dry and rub with garlic-herb marinade.
3. Place on a roasting rack and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
4. Baste halfway through.
5. Check internal temperature (145°F for medium).
6. Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve warm with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies.

Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
