- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
